We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of upgrading, contact us and we will refund the charge in full.

How to request a refund

Email billing@cloudrizz.com within 14 days of the initial charge, including your account email. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (after the initial 14-day window) are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your billing page.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests where the service has been used to violate our Terms (e.g. abuse, fraud).
