Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cloudrizz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Replace this placeholder with your final legal copy before launch — for production, have a lawyer review it.

1. The service

Cloudrizz lets you build, version-control, and deploy applications via natural language through Model Context Protocol clients. The infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details safe.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Cloudrizz to host content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, or that violates Cloudflare's acceptable use policy.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record. Taxes are calculated at the rates required by your billing jurisdiction.

5. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudrizz disclaims all warranties.
